San Paolo di Jesi, mount Follonica,an old vineyard.
the vineyard
A vineyard with over 50 years of history, covering 2.5 hectares, perched in a commanding position overlooking the sea. Here, you’ll find Verdicchio primarily, but also Trebbiano, Biancame, Montepulciano, and Sangiovese. It’s a special place, shaped skillfully by both man and time.

The research
The research has been lengthy, made even more challenging by the restrictions of the pandemic. With the skills we acquired from working in the industry, we were not easily satisfied.
Upon arriving “sul monte” ,it was love at first sight. We found ourselves at the exact intersection of the municipalities of San Paolo di Jesi, Staffolo, and Cupramontana.
An old vineyard, where Verdicchio prevails but also makes room for other grape varieties that have always been present in our region, such as Biancame, Trebbiano, Malvasia, Montepulciano, and Sangiovese. Optimal exposure and soil composition, a view of the sea, and a constant breeze that helps with disease control. An old farmhouse, another 2.5 hectares of vineyards, around sixty olive trees, and a few fruit trees enrich the property.
